Diamonds are not a particularly rare mineral, so they are really hard to come by, and ridiculously expensive. How expensive? Within the vicinity of… say, would you spend $6,000 just to buy a shiny, tightly-bound piece of carbon? That’s how expensive. With that said, do you know the piece could have been more cheaper, only and if we could dig deep enough into the Earth’s crust, for what lies underneath the subterranean world is pure luxury hidden beyond the reach of mankind. According to a geological study, there could be more than a quadrillion ton of diamond hidden deep underneath (you read that correctly).
