Groundbreaking horror movies like ‘Knock At The Cabin’ and ‘Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood And Honey’ have recorded positive reviews.
And just when fans thought they had seen it all, Marvel Cinemas astounded their audiences with the action-adventure ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania,’ and they are loving it!

#1. ‘Knock At The Cabin’
This mystery horror by M. Night Shyamalan is an adaptation of the novel ‘The Cabin At The End Of The World.’ According to Box Office Mojo, ‘Knock At The Cabin’ has grossed a total of $47,879,270 at the box office worldwide. In just one weekend, it raked in $4,590,000.
The movie tells the story of how a family’s vacation to an isolated cottage in the woods is interrupted by four armed strangers who hold them captive and demand they sacrifice one of the family members to prevent the apocalypse and save the world.
The family of four who has little contact with the outside world is terrified and must decide what should be done in their confused state.

The film is played out by Dave Bautista (starring as Leonard), Jonathan Groff, Ben Aldridge, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Kristen Cui, Abby Quinn, and Rupert Grint.
‘Knock At The Cabin’ has remained in the good books of critics and audiences since it was released on February 3, 2023.

#2. ‘Plane’
An action thriller that dramatizes how pilot Brodie Torrance rescues passengers from death when a bolt of lightning strikes mid-flight, but a risky landing on a war-torn island flips the narrative.
Torrance asks murder convict Louis Gaspare for assistance as the entire group of travelers is being held hostage by violent rebels.

Directed by Jean-François Richet, ‘Plane’ is one of Gerard Butler’s highest-scoring action movies, and is portrayed by an ensemble cast — Gerard Butler as pilot Brodie Torrance, Mike Colter as Louis Gaspare, Yoson An as co-pilot Samuel Dele, and Tony Goldwyn as Scarsdale.
The film, which debuted in American theaters on January 13, 2023, has grossed $49 million globally and received favorable reviews.

#3. ‘Titanic 25-Year Anniversary’
Released in the love-themed month of February, this remastered version of James Cameron’s romance drama is dominating the global box office.

‘Titanic 25-Year Anniversary’ to mark the 25th anniversary of the film’s original ‘Titanic’ which was released in 1997. The audience-loved movie accrued $2,900,000 at the domestic box office in just one weekend, plus a global box office hit of $48,443,135.
‘Titanic’ is still one of the few films that have achieved the two-billion-dollar mark.

#4. ‘Pathaan’
One great 2023 action thriller you can’t afford to skip is this Indian Hindi-language film by Siddharth Anand. ‘Pathaan’ is portrayed by Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, alongside Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana.

The film follows the story of Pathaan, a former RAW agent now living in exile, who teams up with ISI operative Rubina to stop Jim, a former RAW agent turned traitor, from infecting India with a lethal lab-created virus at the command of a Pakistani military general.
The movie was released on January 25, 2023, and has not just garnered positive reviews, but broken several Indian box-office records.
‘Pathaan’ is now “the highest-grossing Indian film of 2023, the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023, the highest-grossing Hindi film in Original language of all time, the second-highest-grossing Hindi film worldwide, and the fifth-highest-grossing Indian film of all time” with global box office receipts of 1,005.69 crores (US$130 million).

#5. ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania’
This superhero film is a visual marvel that tends to enchant its audience with every element. In it, we see Ant-Man and the Wasp exploring the quantum realm, talking to strange animals, and setting out on a journey that tests their preconceived notions of what is possible.
The Peyton Reed-directed film was released on February 17, 2023, and has grossed over $287 million globally.

‘Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania’ is Marvel’s 31st film and is based on Marvel Comics. The film which is the sequel to ‘Ant-Man’ (2015) and ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp’ (2018) stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne.
